KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Wyandotte County District Attorney has charged a 19-year-old Guatemalan man in the April shooting death of 20-year-old Diego Segura-Barbazo in Kansas City, Kansas’ Armourdale neighborhood.
According to the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department, just before midnight on April 19, officers were called to the area of South 9th Street and Osage Avenue on reports of a shooting.
