KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are asking the public for help identifying a suspect accused of an aggravated assault that happened in August in Kansas City.
According to the Kansas City Police Department, just before 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 4, an aggravated assault was reported in the area of East 23rd Street and Indiana Avenue.
