KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City Chiefs fans’ appetites will finally be fed on Wednesday, when the new 1587 Prime opens for business.
The new Chiefs-themed steakhouse, which is based inside the Lowes Hotel at Truman Road and Baltimore, will open for business at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The steakhouse’s website indicates no reservations are currently available until after November. Restaurant managers have been quoted, saying they’ll accept a small number of walk-in customers.
