Victim survived after shot in the head by Kansas City felon

KANSAS CITY —A Kansas City man faces multiple charges for a shooting at a home in Kansas City, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson

Nathan Roscoe, 42, faces 1st Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm charges.

On September 27, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence regarding shots fired and located the victim who was alert and conscious.
