Cold reality: Northland agency proposes tighter winter housing rules for unhoused

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Northland organization wants to change how it provides emergency housing during the coldest months in Kansas City.

Northland Assistance Center in North Kansas City is in charge of providing emergency housing for those who need it.
