KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Union Station marked a historic milestone Friday as the Army, Navy and Marine Corps celebrated their 250th anniversaries, recognizing military branches that served even before America became a country.
The celebration highlights a remarkable fact: America’s military forces are older than the nation itself, having been established to fight for freedom before the United States was officially founded.
