KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing man.
Michael T. Garcia, was last seen at East 18th Street and Vine Street around 11 a.m. Sunday morning. Police said he walked away from his home in an unknown direction.
Garcia a 60-year old black man. He is 5-foot-11 and weighs 156 pounds, according to the police department…
