Kansas City man pleads guilty after Detective witnesses shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man pleads guilty after a detective witnessed a shooting in early July.

Clifford E. Porter pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm and a drug charge during a hearing in September.
