Civil rights attorneys gather in Kansas City to address police accountability cases

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A summit focusing on problems with local and federal authorities kicked off in Kansas City this week.

Civil rights attorneys are teaming up to shine a light on cases like that of Charles Adair, a Wyandotte County inmate who died in July while at the county’s detention center.
