KCPD issues 60 citations, arrests 12 overnight for crimes including DUI, robbery

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department spent Friday night into Saturday morning issuing dozens of citations for property crimes and more.

In a Facebook post, KCPD said it worked with its helicopter unit, the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office to arrest twelve people and issue 60 citations. The suspects’ alleged crimes included stolen vehicles, robbery, running from police and driving under the influence.
