KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man is behind bars in connection to a fatal road rage shooting from September.
Court documents filed Thursday in Jackson County charge 20-year-old Laken Logan with second-degree murder for a fatal shooting on Sept. 23, 2025, in northeast Kansas City.
