“Kindest soul”, Kansas City actor killed in car crash remembered as light

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City actor is being remembered as a genuine soul after they were killed in a car crash Friday night. 41-year-old Louise ImMasche had just finished performing at Theatre Lawrence and was driving back to Kansas City when a car traveling in the opposite direction crossed the center line and hit ImMasche’s vehicle.

“Someone who was so full of life, so full of joy, to be cut down instantaneously and in such a surprise in the middle of the run is just more than most of us have been able to get a handle on,” said Doug Weaver, who directed the production of The Rocky Horror Show ImMasche was starring in as Frank-N-Furter. “I don’t think any of the cast members would disagree with me or argue with me that Louise was the show and was from the very beginning.”
