KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Raytown tenants are preparing to take their fight over livable conditions to City Hall as they march to demand action.
KC Tenants says that on Thursday, Oct. 30, members of the Bowen Tower Tenant Union will march from the apartment building to Raytown City Hall.
