JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. — Independence School District (ISD) voters will decide Tuesday whether they want their four-day school week to continue.
In 2024, Missouri state leaders passed a bill that said large school districts need to get voter approval before having four-day school weeks for the 2026-2027 school year.
