New $100k fund promotes economic mobility in underserved metro neighborhoods

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A new initiative is working to promote economic mobility in underserved Kansas City neighborhoods.

The Rooted Change fund is bridging gaps in communities that may otherwise lack the funding to bring transformative ideas to life. The fund is offering up to $100,000 in grants, aiming to boost projects in job creation, transportation & access, and sector-focused skill building, and more.
