KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The American Royal World Series of BBQ is taking place this weekend at Kansas Speedway, drawing over 400 teams from around the country.
The event features a variety of competitions, including an invitational and a kids’ competition, where teams showcase their skills in smoking ribs, brisket, pork and chicken.
