INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – A carjacking and subsequent police chase led to the arrest of three young men in Independence earlier this week.
According to court documents, the Independence Police Department arrested 18-year-old Daniel Fry and 18-year-old Terrance Fry, as well as Christopher Rodriguez.
