KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man who burglarized a chain seafood restaurant and a bank over the summer is now facing charges.
Court documents filed in Jackson County charge 65-year-old Joseph Scrivo with a pair of felonies for a June 29, 2025, burglary of a Captain D’s restaurant.
