KC tenants fed up with with property maintenance and safety concerns

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Multiple tenants at the Olive Park Village Apartments in Kansas City reached out to FOX4 after learning that some apartment buildings were being condemned and that they would need to move out soon.

“Mainly, we have no maintenance. We have homeless people breaking in, setting fires, and stealing pipes. It’s really unsafe for all the children,” said Olive Park Village tenant Passion Paris.

Tenants told FOX4 they’ve dealt with mold, standing water and other health and safety issues for years…
