KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) is attempting to locate a 57-year-old woman Thursday.
KCPD reports Wendy Hubbard was last seen near Northwest 73rd Terrace around 3 p.m. on Thursday. Hubbard drives a white 2018 Chevrolet Cruz with Missouri plates JF9W1Z.
KCPD described Hubbard as standing around 5’6″ tall, weighing around 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, and it’s unknown what she might be wearing…
