KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Parish celebrated 100 years of faith and legacy Thursday morning as dozens gathered for a centennial celebration mass on Thanksgiving.
The parish was established on Thanksgiving Day 100 years ago, making Thursday’s celebration particularly meaningful for the community.
“This parish was established on Thanksgiving Day 100 years ago. And what a great thing for us to get to celebrate today,” said Father Don Farnan, pastor of St. Therese Little Flower Parish.
