INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – Police arrested a man who allegedly set fire to an Independence home with four people inside, then watched and laughed as it burned.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Nov. 20, indicate that Tylor A. Burghoff, 35, now faces a second-degree arson charge.
