SHAWNEE, Kan. (KCTV) – Stolen groceries worth $1,600 went to feed hungry families after the recovered items were donated to a local church.
The Shawnee, Kansas, Police Department says two suspects were arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 26, after they pushed a shopping cart full of merchandise out of an Aldi store without paying.
Officers said they found the stolen meat and groceries inside the suspects’ vehicle during the investigation. Both were arrested, though their names have not been released…
