KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Frank has stood near the corner of Monroe Street and Lexington Avenue in Northeast Kansas City for at least 250 years, if not more.
Standing 80 feet tall, the burr oak has a diameter of more than five feet and is 16 feet around. Frank has been designated a Liberty Tree by the Missouri Department of Conservation, but his time on Earth has come to a close.
