Woman trampled in Chiefs rally shooting sues Kansas City, Union Station

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A woman who said she was trampled during the Chiefs rally shooting has sued Kansas City and Union Station claiming there was inadequate security at the event.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Monday, Dec. 15, show that Alexandrea Springfield, 33, has filed suit against several organizations:

  • Flyover Event Co.

The suit claims that all five failed to provide adequate security at the Feb. 14, 2024, rally. A shooting at the event left one person dead and dozens injured.
