ADAIR COUNTY, Okla. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Missouri man has been arrested in connection with a murder in Oklahoma that occurred nearly three decades ago.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced on Tuesday that Timothy Hollan, 73, of Miller, Mo., was arrested in Kansas City, Kan., on Dec. 15 on a federal arrest warrant.
Officials said the warrant came from a grand jury indictment charging Hollan with one count of murder in Indian country and one count of causing the death of another person in the course of a violation of Title 18.
