MUSKOGEE, Okla. — A 73-year-old man was arrested on Monday in Kansas City, Kansas on a federal arrest warrant.
Timothy Hollan was indicted by a federal grand jury with one count of murder in Indian Country and one count of causing death of another person in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c).
Court documents state Hollan “willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation and malice aforethought, unlawfully killed the victim,” who was Native American. Hollan himself is not a Native citizen…
