KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A warrant has been issued for the man accused of killing a pedestrian in Kansas City while speeding and high on drugs.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Tuesday, Dec. 16, indicate that Adam S. Brandt, 46, of Shawnee Mission, has been charged with driving under the influence and causing the death of another.
Court records indicated that the arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday, but Brand has not yet been arrested, nor does he appear to be in custody…
