KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A pair of men from Kansas have been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly defrauding the Small Business Administration.
Sixty-one-year-old Joseph Campbell, of Olathe, and 65-year-old John Duncan, of Topeka, are both charged with one count of wire fraud conspiracy.
