A man is dead after being struck by a trailer tug near the Kansas City International Airport Monday morning.
Emergency services responded to the area of Northwest 106th Street and North Pomona Avenue at 7 a.m. Monday on reports of a fatality collision, according to Kansas City Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Phillip DiMartino.
A preliminary investigation revealed a semi-truck driver exited his vehicle in the area and was standing in the roadway on North Pomona Avenue, DiMartino said…
