KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A power outage impacted thousands of customers in Independence on Christmas morning.
According to the city of Independence’s power outage map, 2,168 customers were affected in the residential area surrounding Drumm Farm Golf Club.
As of 12:15 p.m., the city of Independence’s outage viewer website shows that thousands of customers’ power has been restored. Only four customers remain without power, according to the website.
