KANSAS CITY, Mo. — With stores back open and the Christmas holiday over, people are wasting no time going back to their favorite storefront, and it’s not just to shop.
According to the National Retail Federation, it’s estimated that 17% of holiday purchases will be returned this year. With many shoppers out doing just that, Rally House Plaza East saw a large number of transactions.
