A flight from Denver to Detroit was diverted to Kansas City on Saturday after flight crews discovered an issue with one of the aircraft’s engines, according to Delta Air Lines.
Delta Air Lines Flight DL2883 landed safely at Kansas City International Airport (MCI) at 1:53 p.m., according to FlightAware, a flight tracking platform. The flight was then escorted to a gate for passengers to deplane, according to Jackson Overstreet, an airport spokesman.
