KANSAS CITY - Mayor Quinton Lucas joined Kansas City’s Morning News today, where he said he expects the Royals to make a decision on where to build their new stadium within weeks.
Mayor Lucas says he also believes the odds that the stadium will be downtown Kansas City is about 50/50.
