MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL (KOAM) — The beginning of 2025 a new leader of the Mo. Dept of Public Safety was named by new Governor Mike Kehoe.
At the time Dir Mark James stated, “We are going to train every Trooper in the state of Missouri on how to do the TVI.“
It was a 180° change in direction from past administrations. Missouri Troopers began immediately learning the technique from Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers.
