A man from Kansas City, Kansas, has been charged for his role in a 2022 fatal shooting on East Interstate 70, allegedly claiming it was one of hundreds of shootings he’s responsible for.
Daimon Benson faces one count of second degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, and one count of unlawful use of a weapon – shooting at/from motor vehicle, at person, motor vehicle or building, resulting in death or injury, according to Jazzlyn Johnson, spokesperson for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.
