KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A nonprofit veterinary clinic in Kansas City is urging pet owners not to abandon animals on its property.
The Pet Resource Center of Kansas City says staff arrived Monday morning, Jan. 12, to find a dog tied to the fence. The canine had been left outside for around 12 hours – from around 6:30 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m. Monday.
