KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The previous owners of a south Kansas City warehouse building that could soon be an ICE detention facility say negotiations are complete.
Platform Ventures, which previously owned a warehouse on the former Richards-Gebaur airport property, said it was approached in October 2025 with an unsolicited offer to purchase the vacant industrial warehouse.
