A Kansas City, Missouri, man has pleaded guilty in federal court to robbing a local bank while armed with a firearm, according to court records.
Richie E. Manley, 50, entered guilty pleas before U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough to one count of aiding and abetting bank robbery and one count of carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
The charges stem from a robbery that occurred on Oct. 3, 2024. At approximately 10:43 a.m., Manley entered a bank in Kansas City and approached a teller.
