We are obsessed with charming towns in Missouri. Our favorites include Weston, Ste. Genevieve, and Parkville. All are worthy of a day trip or perhaps a weekend getaway, but there is another fantastic destination that we can’t get enough of. With around 200 residents, Rocheport might be tiny, but it packs a big punch. In fact, we have named it one of the prettiest towns in Missouri. The historic community has delicious restaurants, antique boutiques, wineries, and lots of outdoor activities, making it an ideal paradise for a quick getaway. The best part? I found three cozy Airbnbs tucked inside the town, so if you need a place to stay, we’ve got you covered. Could these vacation rentals be among the best Airbnbs in Rocheport, Missouri? I think so!

When a town invites visitors to “come be our guests,” you know you’re in the right place. Not only is Rocheport charming and friendly, but there are also tons of activities to do and see here. Looking for an outdoor adventure? Grab your bike and head to Katy Trail State Park for the ride of a lifetime on the longest rail trail in the country, which meanders along the Missouri River and across gorgeous landscapes.

Need retail therapy, artistic inspiration, or family-friendly restaurants? They have that, too! While in town, stop by Stockton Mercantile or Manitou Studio to pick up a unique piece for your home. When you get hungry, grab a bite to eat at the beloved Rocheport General Store, and order a cold beer or a glass of wine with your meal. If you visit on the weekend, dance the night away to music from the live band.

Since Rocheport is celebrating its 200 birthday, there will be tons of festivals every month this year. So, it’s a great time to visit this quaint town in Missouri. Of course, you’ll need a place to stay, and that’s where we come in. You can’t go wrong with these charming vacation rentals in Rocheport – all have something unique to offer.

1. The WhiteHorse Guest House

Upon arrival, you’ll immediately fall in love with the WhiteHorse Guest House. This historic 1895 restored cottage is tucked in the heart of town. That means you’ll be within walking distance of the local shops, restaurants, and wineries. The cozy two-bedroom home is warm, inviting, and brimming with country charm.

One past guest stated, “From the moment we stepped foot into the Whitehorse Guest House, we felt at home.” I promise you’ll feel comfortable here, too! Though the Airbnb can sleep up to four guests, I recommend it for a romantic getaway for two. After a day of exploring, snuggle up in the private hot tub with a glass of wine or get cozy next to the fire pit while you gaze at the twinkling stars.
