KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A semi truck crash on Interstate 670 westbound brought traffic to a standstill Tuesday morning, with authorities reporting that the vehicle’s cargo fell from the truck, rupturing its left fuel tank on the way down.
The call came in just after 9 a.m.
