LAWRENCE, Kan. (KCTV) – Four men are behind bars after an elaborate retail scam netted more than $6,000 in cash across the Kansas City metro.
The Lawrence, Kansas, Police Department says the suspects were arrested Tuesday night, Jan. 27, after a traffic stop on I-70 near Bonner Springs around 10:30 p.m.
