KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A convicted felon pleaded guilty Thursday to illegally possessing a firearm after shooting at someone in a Kansas City alley.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri announced on Thursday, Jan. 29, that Gary D. Holcomb II, 38, of Odessa, pled guilty to his crimes.
A written plea agreement showed that Holcomb admitted he fired a semi-automatic AR-style rifle with a large-capacity magazine at another person during the early morning hours of Sept. 30.
Holcomb said he then fled the area in an SUV. He has multiple felony convictions, including a prior federal conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine…
