LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (KCTV) – The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Leavenworth has reported the death of an inmate.
According to a release, at 12:15 a.m. on January 31, 2026, 61-year-old Leslie Bruce Larcade was found unresponsive. FCI Leavenworth employees tried to revive him, but emergency responders arrived and pronounced him dead.
