KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Officials are investigating a deadly evening shooting at a restaurant at 31st and Prospect.
Officers were called to the area just after 8 p.m. on Saturday, January 31. On arrival, officers found two male shooting victims inside of a restaurant.
One victim was declared dead on the scene, and the other was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
