KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A deadly shooting at a Kansas City Popeyes Saturday night has resulted in a murder charge for a man.
Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson said Monday that Joseph H. Watson, 22, is charged with second-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action, one count of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of first-degree assault.
According to court documents, the Kansas City Missouri Police Department was called to the Popeyes on 31st and Prospect around 8 p.m. Saturday.
