KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man used a GPS tracker to hunt a victim later gunned down in a grocery store parking lot.
Michael Smith, 39, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 11, to cyberstalking resulting in death in connection with a calculated 2019 murder-for-hire plot, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
