KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Omar Herrera has lived in Downtown Kansas City for two years now, living just across the street from the parking garage he pays for on the corner of 10th and Baltimore.
His weekend got off to an unsettling start when he walked to his truck only to find it, and multiple others, broken into.
