INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – Twin Peaks faces a wrongful death lawsuit for allegedly serving alcohol to a 20-year-old before a deadly crash.
Jackson County Circuit Court records show that David Jensen filed the lawsuit on Wednesday, Feb. 11, against Twin Peaks and its franchise owner, 3B Lodge II, LLC.
The suit also names Mason McIntyre, now 21, of Independence. Jensen’s daughter, Jennifer Jensen. Died in the Dec. 27, 2025, crash…
