KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An overturned box truck closed the entrance ramp from Interstate 35 to Interstate 635 in Overland Park early Monday morning, spilling milk and other dairy products across the roadway.
According to the Overland Park Police Department, the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. The truck overturned on the ramp, causing its cargo to spill onto the ramp.
